Dental One was founded in 1995 as a career alternative to private solo practice. The company was founded on the premise that by partnering closely with quality-minded dentists, we could together create dental practices that would far exceed what most dentists could ever create on their own. Our affiliated doctors bring willing hearts and minds, great clinical and interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to serve, work, and grow in a team-oriented environment. We believe that the best dental practices are community-centered, and that most patients prefer to see dentists who are part of the local community they serve. Every Dental One practice is branded or named after some landmark or theme familiar to each locality. As a result, Dental One practices typically generate about three times the number of new patients and referrals as traditional solo practices.

Our service philosophy is simply to provide our patients with a world-class experience in a friendly, safe, and convenient place. Our clinical philosophy is to employ the latest technology, materials, and techniques available to provide clinical care at or above the standard of care promulgated by the various regulatory bodies and industry groups. Our dentists are expected to take regular C/E courses and continually expand their knowledge and hone their clinical skills.

Dental One is a nationally recognized leader in training general dentists to perform full orthodontic procedures—including clear aligner systems. Through an extensive proprietary training program, affiliated doctors and staff receive state-of-the-art instruction and hands-on experience. In addition, they receive specific clinical case support and second opinion advice and consultation through the company’s proprietary OrthoExpert computer program. Every year, affiliated Dental One doctors successfully complete thousands of orthodontic cases, generating not only much higher income, but also tremendous personal and professional satisfaction.
